I am a consultant, trainer, blogger, political activist, and a transgender woman of Mexican, Irish, and Volga German descent.

While studying visual effects and cinematography at Savannah College of Art and Design, I came out as transgender. That experience caused me to shift my focus to public service and social justice.

Today, I consult with various teams and organizations on how to better embrace the values of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. I have worked with Gender Justice League, Impact HUB Seattle, and Seattle CityClub. I also write about social justice and diversity on my blog from time to time.

In addition to consulting and writing about social justice, I am developing two podcasts that revolve around transgender issues. In my free time, I like to research my family history. To me, the story of where you come from is important to realizing who you are.
